Pushed myself a little bit today - a treadmill workout. 18 minutes, 10% incline, 3mph, then 0% for 2 min then 10 min run at 5mph. Then repeat. Then a quick yoga stretch.

I would like to join in! I am fairly new to MFP. I am 63 years young and need all the help I can get! I used to belong to a group like this on another site a few years ago and it really motivated me to work harder. Just finished a cardio challenge workout and then some yoga for stretching.
