    Tues 16th bike easy session 1.5h

    Pushed myself a little bit today - a treadmill workout. 18 minutes, 10% incline, 3mph, then 0% for 2 min then 10 min run at 5mph. Then repeat. Then a quick yoga stretch.

    Hi, running into some glitch in system so can't check when I last logged on. I think I'm on work at #11 for Saturday. I ran two miles and lifted weights. Sunday work out #12 - walked mile and a half & packed camping gear for 30 minutes. Today's workout #13 - ran three and a half miles then going to 60 minute boot camp class.
