Very inspiring! I agree with that everyone must do what is best for them. I don't think the fasting is for me I rather track calories and exercise daily but just the fact the you pushed thru and kept going is very inspiring to me. Like you said, it's never too late.

Hi, I'm 53 days in and my overall goal is to lose 130 lbs. (although I would be thrilled with 100 1bs.) So far I've lost 14.6 lbs. I just increased my workouts (taking baby steps). We can do this together! If anyone is looking for people to help with motivation please feel free to add me.

I know its late but I would love to join in this challenge. My goals are to exercise 4x a week and stay under my calorie goals each day. I would like to lose 6lbs by St. Paddy's Day.
