Sweet. What type of bike? Is it the race type? I recommend bike it will help you lose weight in the lower body. Leg press is good just don't over load it and don't lock the knees. Watch videos on YouTube first. Find out the names of the other 2 machines.

Congrats on weight loss and most important finding the right formula that works for you. If you count net carb you'll be in keto. If you just count low carb as is you won't be in keto. ;)

I have this. Bought it from Costco and this what you usually use at the gyms. Not 100% accurate, the reading will be different depending on how much water in your body and if you ate anything before using it. I use it as a guideline, body measurements are better.

My weight is still stuck on the same number but it's ok. My trip was really fun but I got tired in the end and even now I'm back to my regular meals I find it hard to focus bec I'm still tired. the goal is to lose the 0.8 lbs by next Saturday and hopefully more lol

If you're drinking water after 7 pm, you will have the water weight showing on the scale the next morning. To avoid water weight, stop drinking at 7 pm. Hope this helps?

I haven't used manna. But maybe if you eat a little carb (grains) every day it might balance things. I use Ryvita bread one slice pre workout and one post workout. Both with main meals not a snack. The one slice is 6g carbs and 2g fiber

I used to have a lot of cramps. My practitioner gave me magnisum and since then I didn't have cramps. Check with your doctor first if you're planning to take it.
