Bec I paid to join her challenge I get a meal plan so I haven't tried anything yet and haven't seen that one but I don't eat cabbage it decreases the thyroid so if you will eat it a lot you need to supplement on iodine.

We are on the same boat. I'm still not feeling well mostly I feel it in the morning but I gained weight with all the medication. I haven't done cardio much lately. But this doesn't mean I'm quiting. Hell no, just resting, recharging ;) Merry Christmas everyone. And congrats to the ones who did great.
