Like I've said, I want to limit fat gain - and before you say it I know fat gain is inevitable, I realize than most likely every pound of muscle I gain I will gain a pound of fat. My mistake, did mean tdee. To be fair if you took 250 cals away from your BMR you'd probably lose a lot of weight! Thanks for the correction @quisylver296
