I don't think it's making me lose weight faster. It definetly helps control the urge to eat, so I am not as miserable trying to control the urges. I don't expect to need it once my stomach becomes used to eating smaller meals.

Time to change up your exercise routine. Your not burning as many calories as you think you are if your body isn't working as hard as it used to.

I totally agree! Having a little extra body fat does have a healthier appearance.

Because as we age we lose muscle . It's highly unlikely for a person over 60 to have the same muscle to fat ratio as a 20yr old. Especially in men. Testosterone levels go down significantly after fourty, changing body composition. So what is normal at 40 isn't normal at 18.

This is a little late, but I know what your going through. You don't need professional help , you just need a second wind. When you have a lot of weight to lose it can seem to be a never ending task. Stick with it and it will pay off in a hundred different ways. You will feel so energized and healthy!

I actually decided to stop the I.F. I noticed that it was messing with my hormones. I was having breakouts and night sweats.
