I'm 5'3 and about 145lbs as well! I don't have a set goal weight but I'd like to get rid of some fat and tone up a bit!

I have been trying to make it to the gym even if it's only for 20-30 minutes. And it does make me feel better even just knowing I got a little workout in. Do you have any tips to get the most out of those 30 minutes?

I have tried at home workouts but I honestly have a harder time working out at home. There's something about the gym atmosphere that really gets me motivated and push myself. I still try to do them every once in a while but I struggle.

Haha I try to plan ahead and set times to go workout but then when that time comes I'm too exhausted. Do you have any go-to snacks or meals when it comes to something quick and easy but still healthy?

There is a gym but I'm only on campus two days a week and I go to work right after class. My lunch break is the time I spend driving to work. Haha
