I'm a 22 year old female. I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 120lbs. I was always a skinny girl with no muscle and I was never athletic. I started trying to build muscle about six months ago. I've gained about 15lbs since then. So far I've gotten a lot stronger but I still have a long way to go. Any advice would help!
