Oh my goodness, I am trying to do this too! I was also 220/230 and then went down to 160 on my own and now I am trying to use MFP to get down to 130/135...I seem to be having trouble though. I lost 3 pounds and then gained 2 (over the last 20 days)...I lift weights, did you experience anything like this?

I have had MS for 13 years now and I move when I can and rest when I need to, one thing I have found though is that the more sedentary of a life you live, the harder it will be to start moving.
