I'm finding it a fantastic way of returning to fitness after a serious break and I'm doing stuff I've never been able to do before. The music is bad and i find Jillian more than a little annoying. I found it really hard and took 10 days on level 1 before I could do everything comfortably. I haven't counted the number of…

Not mine but my son's through physio. Best one I think is rocking over a physio ball so you land on your hands then walk out for as far as you can without sagging in the stomach or shoulders. Hold it extended if you can and walk back. There's a similar exercise without the physio Ball on workout 2 of the 30 day shred not…

Fruit has more (natural) sugars therefore it is better to get your nutrition from vegetables than fruit. Fruit are very bad for your teeth.

If you have a decent non stick pan, ideally with a lid, you can fry without any oil. I have one of the wide base with sides higher than a frying pan and lower than a saucepan. It's perfect and cook nearly everything in it. Obviously not as nice as frying in butter but much better on the calories. Spray oils are good too. I…

Glad someone else said it on the boyfriend. Backache is another sign of poor core.
-
It sounds like you have poor core muscles; The protruding stomach and back ache from overusing your back and under-using your stomach. Check your plank position (bottom too high so you skip using core) and that your are engaging your core before you exercise. I don't know on the rest

I eat similar to Erica Tuesday through Friday. Breakfast less than 200 (Egg mushroom tomatoes spinach coffee) one meal around 200-300, one meal 300-500 and snacks. April has been more erratic (school holidays, illness day trips out and lots of other stuff) so you want to look more at March and February. My favourite 300…

Sorry just to be clear. It works for me in coffee. It was the almond milk in coffee in a flask I was curious about.... I'm guessing as it is clearly sonewhat of an aquired taste I'm probably going to need to experiment for myself....

Sandwich thin toasted with Marmite and a cup of coffee

Thing to remember with any movement is that you are looking to do it slowly with control. If you are stretching you need to make sure you are feeling it where you are mean to be feeling it. A decent instructor will be able to sort you out. If you do pilates (behind swimming this would be the best plan) try and get a small…

I eat a lot of chicken, and salmon protein wise. I've found rocket (with or without dressing) tastes fantastic with everything and generally makes up half my plate of food. I eat a lot of leek mushroom and cherry tomatoes.

I like two sandwich thins toasted with butter and Marmite on top with a cup of milky (1% milk) coffee on side, about 190 calories. I tired an egg and it just didn't work for keeping me full (although very much does for the kids)

I have a little experience of hypermobile joints (i have a son with special needs) although no where near the extent of your difficulties. The best exercise without a doubt is swimming as it supports your weight without strain to your joints. Swimming or aqua aerobics However if you are having that level of difficulty (I'm…

I'm only just starting my weight loss journey compared to others however I have benifited from slimfast. I did it strictly for the first two weeks. I needed to see some quick results to keep motivation high and whilst I got the hang of logging and measuring everything out. Personally I have found the shakes very filling.…
