Don't buy junk food :). It's that simple. If you stock your house with healthy stuff like fruit, veggies, and lean meats you can't binge on crap. Start thinking of food as fuel. Which it is. If it's not benefiting your body in some way then it doesn't belong in your body or your house! :)
