Ok I’d like to join in - need to be part of a bigger group effort for accountability. I lost weight last year, was close to my goal and then slowly regained after breaking my knee and generally getting laxed about nutrition. Most important habits to curb for success are daily exercise, good sleep, and no evening drinks…

Sorry about the floating quote above - trigger finger too fast and no way to delete your own post :-/ Anywho, slow loss this week as expected. SW: 162 SCW: 155.4 CW: 149.2 CGW: 138 LTGW: 132 Down 1 lb this week for a total challenge loss of 6.2 so far. Keep up the good work everyone!

I joined late and I'm a week in with this challenge - I can't believe what good solid sleep I am getting. Helping with weight loss as well...how is everyone else faring? The posts in this challenge are great motivators for me to stay on track.
