My son (almost 6) has alopecia universalis... I am very interested to hear if this diet has worked for anyone. I am not planning to restrict my son's diet but maybe he will be interested in later years. Behxo, you did not lose your eyelashes or eyebrows, did you?

I had these symptoms too (worst of all was the terrible pain in my throat) and it was reflux caused by Coke zero and Redbull. I am no longer consuming either of them and the symptoms are gone. Not sure if you are drinking coke zero or Redbull, but if you do, it is worth switching to water or tea...

I am also an occasional binge eater. Today I went over my calorie goal ( I have more than 1700 calories available each day - therefore enough) and to make up for it I did an extra 80 minutes of aerobic dvds... It was tough, very tough, but next time I will hopefully stick to my allowance. By doing so I feel more in control…
