Dark roast mostly. I add either unsweetened cashew/almond milk, or a T of almond creamer. I add 1-2 Splenda packets. 👌☕

Oh and Powerade Zero. Yum plus electrolytes

Depends on how crap I feel. You could def eat something without it being junk. For example, stream a potato with a pinch of olive oil, sea salt, garlic and onion. Nutritious but low calorie and healthy

5 even. Around 89 to 93 depending on day. I eat usually less than 1100. Eat til I'm.full and then stop.

I put sriracha on nearly everything. If I buy a wrap, I'll cut it up and eat the veggies and maybe a piece of the wrap part. I like mixing hot chocolate mix with coffee. I can drink any temperature coffee and most foods cold. I like soggy foods and soggy oatmeal with water. Soy sauce is good with almost anything lol

I believe my story is a bit different. I'm petite and my weight has ranged a lot (45 pounds in between highest and lowest weight). I also had an eating disorder. When I'm curvier, I think I attract more attention and when I was severely underweight, people would stare but I would sometimes still get hit on. It's strange.

Like many others have said, eat calorie dense things. Examples: olive or coconut oil, seeds or nuts, higher calorie fruit, rice noodles, quinoa, brown rice, nut butter, granola, dates, creamy soups/dressings, avocado, smoothies, etc. You could easily incorporate these foods into the meals you already eat to meet 1800…

Some of it is a fad, especially the gluten-free diet. Some of those people don't even know what gluten is. However, my stomach has been sensitive to dairy and omit it from my diet 99% of the time. In addition, bread/gluten affects my skin in a negative way and I have autoimmune diseases. It's taken out of a diet for…

I love how people think that automatically if you eat more calories, then you will gain weight. I went 2 weeks eating 1400-1800 calories versus 1200 and I lost 10 pounds. And yes, I'm very meticulous when it comes to measuring every single thing I eat and I don't eat out. Some people have bodies and metabolisms that react…

Nothing wrong w/ that. I used to hate tomatoes as a kid and I them whole sometimes hah. I don't eat meat anymore but I used to be really picky about chicken or anything really. Blood/bones/gristle all grossed me out.
-
And it was a sensory issue... from eating crap food for dozens of years and not eating properly you are going to react a different way... but sure, go ahead and attack me.
-
Wow... not laughing at a condition? I've had an eating disorder for over 12 years and was never personally attacking anyone. Stick to the topic.

I was the same way. Even though I love all types of flavors and mixings now, as a kid I'd be picky about things touching. Sometimes I just wanted pasta with no sauce. Also, steak sauce upsets my stomach. So many good foods I didn't eat back then and love now! Childhood was a strange time.

That's unfortunate! :(

Sorry for spamming but I forgot to mention another thing! At Aldi food, I found a pre-cooked quinoa w/ sriracha sauce mix. It's a decent serving, low calorie, and really tasty. For some reason i thought I had to microwave, but all you have to do is open and mix the flavors! Shelf-stable and delicious! :)

I know it's not super new--but I absolutely love most of the animal-free salads from Wawa. The quinoa salad--amazing. Also, there was some kind of Asian noodle salad that looked delicious. I usually cook everything from scratch, but I wouldn't mind buying it if in a hustle.
-
Steamable cauliflower rice. Omg--the best. Also, Aldi store is pretty cheap and they have so many healthy & vegan patties and hummus as well. Kind of random, but I didn't eat nutritional yeast and finally bought it within the past year. And wow, that stuff is nutritious and flavorful!

Wow. Poor kid!

Not an eating disorder. Mind you, this was 10+ years ago. She had this grand idea because she heard that if you eat breakfast that is big you'll lose weight if skipping a meal. The other one clearly has some sensory issues going on, haha. I'm just curious for crazy things you've heard.

Does that just mean sledding or snowboarding? If so, yes. Have you ever been arrested?

I don't believe in starvation mode but there was a period of time where I was tracking my calories religiously and eating 1200 calories or less and then eating 1500 and then suddenly losing tons of weight. Our bodies are all different and sometimes require more calories for function.

I think you look great. People are going to criticize everyone. Do what makes you feel healthy and comfortable.

A nature enthusiast.

I confess I put sriracha on almost everything.

When there are 20 treadmills available, and you run right next to me (maybe as a competitive thing idk). People watching me work out or stare. Being lazy and not cleaning off the machine.

False, but that sounds nice. TNP doesn't like spinach.

If you haven't tried eliminating cheese and dairy out of your diet completely or trying a completely vegetarian diet--you really need to. It's been around 10 years or more as a vegetarian, most as an egg-free vegetarian, and many days without dairy products. We do not need them as humans and crave cheese because we are…

IN. If I don't get them, I will get the flu for 2-4 weeks and be extremely dysfunctional. With, 2-7 days at the most.

Toxins diet and flushing them through pills. Eating after a certain time will make you fat. A certain food will make you fat. Diet soda will make you eat more (for me, I drink on occasion and not true) Eating gluten/GMOs will make you fat.
