Just started over as well, I got up to 350 last summer, worked my butt off, plateaued at 300 and got a case of the screw its. I just got on the scale today and was up to 325.

IMO you probably want your sugar/carb intake to be higher earlier, your probably burning it off through the day when your active. My dad lost over 100 pounds on a diet where he only had sugar in the morning and then he was pretty carb restricted the rest of the day

In March 2011, I weighed 200 pounds, in Seprember of 2015 my weight had climbed up to 348 pounds. I'm an emotional eater and after I hit 300 pounds, I pretty much gave up on even pretending to care about my weight. It was Pizza Hut delivery every day. I've been doing pretty good on logging meals on mfp, but wasn't really losing weight till I started doing a nutritional ketosis diet. I've gone from maybe losing 5 pounds a month to losing 5 pounds a week. I went from 200 pounds in March of 2011 to a high of 348 in September of 2015. I'm currently at 307.

I've lost almost 30 pounds so far
