1500 cals are too low my friend. How did you come by that number. When I was at 114kg I was eating about 2800 and still losing weight without any more strenuous exercise than walking. Please reassess as eating too little will cause more harm than good.

With me, people started noticing at around 20kg's. After 40kg's it seems to be all they ever talk about.

+1 on Semi Decent running shoes, and I also really like C25k programs. I did the one on Endomondo, and havn't looked back yet. Also, an Ice pack for your shins will really help after runs, and foam roller your tendons. That was the key for me. I also really like short, hi intensity intervals as this will get you fitness up…

In my case, I was eating food like substances, more than eating real food. Stopped eating processed junk, and Bob's your uncle.

I think the bigger problem is that too many people are eating a food-like substance these days, and not real food. I know that used to be my problem.
