So what do you do now? If you don't mind sharing. Does it tie in with your personality-type at all?

Sometimes how we see ourselves is not necessarily how the world sees us and more importantly who we really are. ENFJ's are definitely leaders.

I've toned down my exercise routine. I now do the 10,000 steps and about four days a week I do some type of body work: yoga, stretching, tension stuff that I just follow my intuition on. I love bullet proof coffee. But I had to start eating those calories cause I was feeling hungry during the day.
