Today I made reasonably good food choices whilst eating out, despite being tired.

I did a Strength Workout even though I thought about putting it off. Non-scale victories are a great way of celebrating the small gains, I had thought about restarting a thread in one of my groups to do exactly that! You are more than welcome to join if you'd like to post somewhere that won't disappear under the mountainโฆ

Today despite my best mental attempts to negotiate with myself to get out of it, I did a 25 minute strength workout and a few minutes of yoga poses.

@TheGoblinRoad I am sorry to hear that you are struggling! I have struggled with my own weight on and off for many years, mostly because I thought of it for a long time as a purely physical issue, rather than a mental one. We really do have to be in a good place mentally to be successful at becoming healthier and fitterโฆ
