Have you taken any diet breaks (i.e eating at maintenance for a week or two)? It can give you both a mental and physical break to re-group and get back at it just to have a break from a deficit / logging.

I use KG too (then technically I have less to lose 😂) and technically most people still use Stones & Pounds here but when I first set up the group it was mostly American users so I figured it would be easier for me to just convert the odd one or two from kg to lbs as I use pounds in the spreadsheet.
