I sometimes do a low carb pita (ie: josephs) - toasted in oven with paprika & garlic powder, paired with guacamole, hummus, or Tzatziki sauce for dipping.

lately I have been waiting until 10 for breakfast and I stop eating at 6. This is working well for me in the sense that I feel like I have more control over my eating. I ate under 700 calories yesterday and a little over that today to make up for drinking and late night eating on friday :neutral:

There is nothing at all wrong with you! I can completely relate. Sometimes you have to let yourself give in to an unhealthy option, but you CAN still stay in control. The easiest one I think is the 16 hour fast, 8 hour eating window. Having a late breakfast ( ie: 10am) and no snacking after dinner ( ie: 6pm ) would give you 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. I have been trying to follow this pattern, I have found that it reduces cravings greatly..
