I am not allowed to take NSAID's since taking with another medication i am on can cause stomach bleeding. I am going on a week ofhaving bad pain. I think I might be on themends, cause i needto get back to normal soon.

My hamstrings are sore. Yet I realize I can live a few days without exercise. My long term health is what is important. I will just cut back on my calories and move forward. I can start exercising again in a few days after I heal.

Less packaged food. and in cooking their are plenty of other spices you can use. I love carious types of peppers, plus onion and garlic pepper.

I dot not log and weight, but I eyeball things, and keep a mental tally of approximately how many calories I eat and burn off. If the scale ever starts going up instead of normal fluctuation, I can start logging again, pr make other adjustments.

I Have a few drinks just about every Saturday. I was able to take off 160 pounds doing so. I am just over a month into maintenance, and still doing fine.
