I have always eaten lots of veggies., and anyways this was almost 2 years ago. I am off it now, and doing fine. Constipation is one of the warnings that comes with the drug. Psyllium husk fiber worked miracles.

My Dr say the infection should be cleared up by now. My last date's name was lefty. Can you spare 30 seconds?

My Dr. prescribed for me for 2 months as a stop smoking aid. It gave me really bad constipation, but no other side effects. At least I have been tobacco free for 21 months now.

My standards are getting higher and higher. 4 months ago I was happy just to be off my blood pressure medicine. Today I was disappointed at 121/69 which is 2 points into PRE-hypertension.

Their are some men at me gym in their 60's and 70's than are supper lean and muscular. I hope by the time I am their age, I am that fit, it gives me something to achieve towards.

I turned 41 and do strong lift, as long as you do not have any problems such as back problems or a hernia, or heart problems, it should be ok. If you have any serious medical conditions check with your doctor first.

I would once a year take a month off and eat at maintenance,or a very slight lose. I eat at a variety of foods, and never cut anything out of my diet completely. I love seeing all the things i can do now that I was not able to do before. We all have had bad days, just think in the long term and as long as you are loosing…

I eat 2 slices of no meat veggie pizza evrey other Sunday. I have still lost a whole lot of weight, and gotten my cholesterol from a bit on the high side to very healthy. like evrey one else said, moderation is key.

I am bookmarking this thread. I just switched to maintenance, or even adding some muscle weight. I would love to hear any other tips as well.

I walk evrey day. I do less on the days that I do lifting. Make sure you listen to your body and do not over do things and injure yourself.

It is all CICO, does not mater when you eat them. I save 400 calories for just before I go to sleep, and I have lost about 160 pounds.
