After getting told I mp longer need to take my blood pressure pills I am afraid I will blow and go back to my bad habits, and their goes my victories. I try to keep busy and not thinking about it, but some times I just get the urges, and I just have to wait for them to pass.

Fruit, veggies, nuts, greek yogurt, cheese, all sorts of house hold non food items, clothing (good quality fairly cheep since i have to get smaller sizes evrey few months). I love looking around seeing what deals I can get. oh, and almost forgot booze.

90% it's the same stuff, but i have a large enough reservoir of meals that I do not get bored of them. Plus when i do chicken i have at least 5 different ways of spicing, or marinating it, so it is never the same 2 weeks in a row.

I am 5'10" and i fluctuate between 168-171. I actually plan on putting a few pounds of muscle to get rid of some loose skin.

they only time i do cardio at the gym is when it is raining, or way too hot, but I love lifting, and i love the results. Lifting Iron relieves stress and hate it when i miss a day.

Old ones that just came to mind, that one needs to work out in the cardio zone or weight loss zone to lose weight, or one has to work out in the morning to get one's metabolism going. another thing i hate hearing is if I drink alcohol, is everything i eat for the rest of the day will turn straight to fat, and i won't burn…

Money in your wallet is a great cleanse. Otherwise for me it's plenty of water and fiber.

Having sleep apnea, I have found that once I got my CPAP machine, and was getting better quality sleep, I wasn't quite as hungry.

A couple pieces of dried fruit. Just be careful on how much you eat, calorie, and fiber can add up if you eat too much.

Anything mixed with diet soda. I just try to milk my drinks so they last longer. and every other drink is plain water so i stay hydrated.

At my gym, I think their would be a revolt by all the people who drink protein shakes if the shakes were banned. Maybe I just go to a gym were people are more polite, or their is a better cleaning crew, but I have never seen a spill.
