I too am a mom and after giving birth to my daughter & 2 accidents and subsequent surgery that left me bedridden for 6 months, I gained alot. Have a short term goal of 40 by Sept and long term goal is 150 lbs! Would love to have a weight loss journey support buddy!

Thank you guys so much for the encouragement, it is definitely going to be an uphill battle and I needed that! Losing half my body weight is a journey that sometimes seems impossible but I know I just have to stick with it.

I am eating healthy on a budget but personally am opting for a balanced and clean approach, not completely eliminating any one group, even carbs and fat! :) One of my favorite things for a pre-workout food is a slice of wheat toast w/ creamy peanut butter, banana slices & cinnamon.

I understand how you feel. When I think about the amount of weight I want to lose, it seems impossible and is overwhelming- I mean I want to lose a VS model amount of weight and by most people's standards will still be fat but that's my reality, 175 is my target.
