I'm 5' 4.5" SW 192.6 (beginning of Jan), CW 188.6, GW 140 (goal by fall). I lost 8 in the month of January, then I had to put a pause to my journey and gained a bit back. I am now back!!! Add me if you like :smiley:

I use the protein shakes as a supplement, I don't get enough in my normal diet. So if I know I'm not gonna get enough during my day, I will have one so I reach my intake.

I love oatmeal and I love trying out new recipes. Pinterest is where I find all mine and I really enjoy the chocolate oatmeal. Who doesn't like healthy form of chocolate?? :smile:

WOW!!!! All these before and after pictures are giving me inspiration. I'm 5' 4.5" with 54 lbs to lose. I can't wait til I can post my before and after pictures.

Good Morning, I myself would like to join in this journey. I am now at the heaviest I've ever been, (actually just lost a pound :smiley:) I don't like the way my clothes are starting to fit and my energy level is horrible.
