  • Hi all! It’s been a busy few days so I apologize! Drank a few days last week when things got busy, plus some wine at an anniversary dinner.   • The puppy is some sort of Staffordshire terrier mix! Mom was a smaller, 40 lb staffie but they don't know who the Dad was. I guess the Mom was abandoned and they took her in and discovered she was pregnant! I love animals too. This is dog #3. Hahaha
  • Happy Sunday, all! It's been a busy weekend. Went to a local animal society event yesterday and came home with a puppy - so that's kept us pretty busy. :) Still eating well and got a workout in yesterday.   • Very proud of myself tonight. Went out to eat and stuck to a very healthy menu item, with unsweetened tea. We even went to a brewery after and I just got some ice water. Home now and feeling good. I was more tempted than I have been in recent days but I'm proud of myself for sticking to it!

  • Man, these are all so true. I notice a big difference in my face and skin since I've upped the drinking the past year or so. I compare to old photos of myself and it is amazing. You definitely can't deny the benefits...

  • Hello all! 4 days AF now, which is the longest amount of time I’ve gone without drinking in a long time! Between finally making better diet choices and this, I am feeling much better. Go figure!
  • Yes yes yes!!! For so long I’ve slept so horribly because of the drinking. I haven’t had anything all weekend and I’ve woken up each day feeling so good, and with much more energy!
