I use it for cooking. The one thing that I don't like it for is baking. I have several recipes that call for it. It will say to melt the oil and add to .. whatever. It has never worked. As soon as it gets to room temperature when mixed with the other ingredients it begins to solidify, totally messing up the recipe.…
