Understood yeah I chartered a course I guess what I would do is instead of focusing on legumes etc ill just try to make each meal as balanced and comprehensive as I can whilst still staying below the calorie average for the days to come.

Cause I'm a novice and it seemed like a good idea at the time clearly not so much. I just dont understand why it's horrible but. Its ok to eat plain chicken breast and broccli for months on end?

I was figuring that legumes would be the base but I would throw In other things to make it more well rounded.
