Honestly as much fruit and vegetables as you can get. But I take Optimen from optimum nutrition. I would look at bodybuilding.com. I get all my vits and supplements from there.

What foods have potassium? Just so we know what we can eat if I feel like I'm not getting enough since my food log tells me I am not.

Try a front bar squat. Rest the bar across the upper chest. It helps prevent that forward front bending of the neck. Keeps everything in a straight line.
