Nutrilite has a great Men's pack. I'd recommend that over anything in the store. You get everything it says and it's all plant based.1

In a recent test of multivitamins, ConsumerLab.com found that Equate-Mature Multivitamin 50+ sold by Wal-Mart was just as good as the name brand Centrum Silver, but at less than a nickel a day is half the price.
No need to spend extra money buying name brands.
Some vitamins can be dangerous in high doses, so buying a multi may be a wiser choice.

Hi
I prefer to munch my vitamins.
I eat lean protein, vegetables, legumes, healthy fats and fruit.
As per MFP Micronutrient chart, I am meeting all of my Micros daily targets.
Good luck in your healthy journey1 -
Honestly as much fruit and vegetables as you can get. But I take Optimen from optimum nutrition. I would look at bodybuilding.com. I get all my vits and supplements from there.0
