Thats it, new goal 1/2 lb per week loss, more food and I've already been increase my workout intensity. I've noticed while dieting in the past that I would lose weight from certain areas first, I just didn't stick with it long enough to see a big difference in my stomach,

I've always known that spot reducing is a myth. I tend to relax on the calorie counting when I get close to a goal. One thing you said is making me think, 1/2 lb a week weight loss goal . I currentlyhave my goal set at 2 lb a week, which can make me feel deprived, time for a change!

Great post, I don't start over I just keep trying, I know when I'm failing, I have a voice in my head that tells me so, it has been there since High School. I'm currently working at losing 20 lbs, the thought of gaining more weight triggers depression, I don't want that !
