I can relate, but...... get on the scale and make a plan. I only weigh myself once a week, the fluctuations make me crazy, used to weigh every day and will probably get back to that after awhile.

I was diagnosed with disthymia in 2000, it comes and goes for me, Been going downward lately, getting on the scale and see my weight over 220 sets me off, I'm working on it though, 2000 cal a day and exercise. My clothes not fitting get me down too.

Well It's been 7 weeks since ankle surgery, back to work, it's still sore but that's normal. I gained 12 pounds and it has really got me down in the dumps, I've been keeping around 2000 calories a day for the last 3 weeks, I want to get down to 200lbs.

Detailed weight training log would be a nice addition to MFP, I know you can log weight training already but something more in depth would be cool. I use Fit Notes android app.

I am also at a point of getting back to it. My advice is to be dilligent at logging and treat your gym visits like a job , just go, some day you'll feel like it some days you won't. Feel free to add me if you like, anyone else too.
