Complete fantasy: to not have mandibular hypoplastic retrognathia. (ooh medical terms! Means my lower jaw didn't grow at a proper rate and is smaller than my upper jaw creating alignment issues with not only my jaw (tmj sucks) but also issues with teeth crowding.)
