I just had ankle surgery, wasn't major. I had an impingement do to scary tissue from a torn ligament that healed. For now the food intake is easy to control, feeling dopey from the pain killers. My plan is to just continue on as usual, tracking my calories. I do have to say that I was overeating a lot before surgery…

I understand where you are coming from, but body types are body types ! Just work on being a healthy happy you !

I wish I knew, I have a history of mild depression, when I overeat I feel bad for a few days, being an "all or nothing " person I try to stay on track all the time, not saying it works well for me but I try and I feel good when I'm on track.
