yes cardio 5x a week and I alternate lifting so I'm lifting either upper or lower all the 5 days I'm doing cardio

ok thanks for the tips. I'm not over eating. healthy carbs I referred I eat, whole grain wrap or piece of bread, sweet pots, and I rarely eat them at dinner. I'll just keep up the hard work just didn't want to be missing a valuable piece of advice on the subject.

I'm eating great like 95% of the time. protein, water only, fruit, nuts. veggies, small amounts of healthy carbs. I do slack and have reward meals here and there mainly on weekends

tears came to my eyes when reading about your dog, we lost ours may 13th. it's one of the hardest things to go through. congratulations on your accomplishments losing weight and keeping it off, it is SO HATE. your story is truly touching, wishing u continued success and blessings
