ANYONE HAVE OSGOOD SLATER KNEE??
I have it on my right knee. Hasn't bothered me sine I was a teen but has flared up the last few months. I wear a knee strap when exercising but still pain. Like it's gonna split. Anything else that will help?

Does the sauna really burn any calories?
I've starting utilizing the sauna at my gym. Not for the calorie burn (if any) but for the general health benefits. Does anyone really know if it burns any calories? Just curious so I could log it somehow. I've read conflicting info when I research it

will compression socks help ITB pain from running? lately I've been getting knee pain on my left knee. I know some people swear by compression socks, I've never tried them.

Backwards Treadmill Workouts
I was having some knee pain today so I did my cardio backwards on the treadmill at a slower pace. I read backwards treadmill is even more effective than jogging, anyone else find it beneficial? I can say I was sweating and breathing just as I would from regular running

I have a pair of golds gym gloves I wear when I lift but I still get calluses. Anyone have any tips on a better pair? My left hand is worse than my right and they hurt

I'm at a 78lb Weightloss for the year and it's slowed a bit the last month. what's your best tips on how to hit the reset button for my body? My current regime is running 3-4 miles 5x a week and I do the circuit weight machines 5x a week alternating upper and lower. I eat about 1200 to 1500 calories a day.

I run a 5k each day I workout (5x a week) on a treadmill how will I know when I'm ready to run an actual 5k race? I usually complete it in 36min at the gym if that helps. I've never ran outside before

I started my first injection Wednesday have felt nothing. No side effects but I don't feel "full" like I supposedly should. I've been my complete normal self.
