I had 3 days off from workouts and today I feel like I'm going to die trying to finish my regular routine, normal I'm assuming??

    You shouldn't have lost any strength or fitness in 3 days but it always feels a bit harder getting back to it.

    Do what you can, but after only 3 days you should be fine.

    It's probably more than just the 3 days off...I know I don't eat as well when I'm not doing my workouts, and junk food always makes me more sluggish when I try to get back on track...also, if I'm missing workouts I'm usually busy with other stuff and sometimes that other stuff saps my energy more than working out would...plus, I think I get better sleep when I workout...

    yes it's been a draining weekend my fil passed away Saturday. I didn't think about stress affecting my workouts.

    Normal. One day off can be restful. For me, two or more days off in a row I stiffen up so the next run feels much much harder. You haven't really lost fitness, but it can feel that way. Give it a day or two and you should be fine.
