No I'm 37. It's definitely the pain from the disease. I have no other knee problems. I might call my physical therapist for an opinion.

I have a before pic and omg it's so gross. I didn't realize I even looked like that. I'm glad I have the pic but will not post it on Facebook it's too embarrassing that I even let myself get to that point.

I am up around 7am get to the gym at 1030 leave at 1230. I lift for an hour and do.like 45min cardio. I'm gonna give it a few more tries. I've lost 91lbs and really trying to get to the 100lb goal soon so I'm trying to switch up my routine. thanks for all the input

I'm at a plateau after losing 90lbs in 14m. I'm gonna try CLA and fasting cardio? Any advice in those 2 areas?

idk anything for sure as I'm not a trainer or anything but for me I have definitely built muscle even though I've lost 87lbs. No I do not feel it was my existing muscle under all the fat. it's definitely something I've created through weights and diet. I eat high protein low carb diet. Just my personal experience

I've never had the pain down the back of my thigh but have had pain on the outside of my knee which is ITB pain. To resolve it is had to rest a few days. I think it was the way I was running, I think I was over striding my steps and inverting my foot. I stopped that and use a foam Roller haven't had any more issues. I…

lifting takes me like an hour then I run for about 40min 5x a week

I think a treadmill would give u more options. uphill, side walking or backwards walking.

I buy the Pure Protein brand bars. decent taste, they're around 200 calories with 20 grams of protein. some bars only have 10g of protein with same calories so I never get those. read the lables to get the most for your buck

I get IT Band pain a foam Roller really helped. it hurts and I was sore as hell the next day but now I do it regularly and it seems to be helping. good shoes, rest, ice. agree you're probably overdoing it

I use a clinical strength deodorant and add a few drops of essential oil into my wash cycle. no more odor problems

I do plan mine. usually have pizza every other weekend. or if I know there's a party or get together coming up in know I'll eat outside of my norm
