    My staples:

    Eggland's Best Eggs
    Kerrygold butter
    Oatmeal
    Spring water
    Peanut Butter
    Meat (usually chicken or beef)
    Fish, shrimp
Dairy: milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese galore
    Nuts, seeds
    Canned beans
    Hummus
    Guac or avocado
Fresh herbs (usually cilantro or parsley)
    Some fresh produce
    Broth

My fav snack/small meal is a piece of fruit with cheese or nuts, depending. So I always have on hand foods to make that pairing.

    Apples definitely
    Leafy greens, especially spinach
    Purple cabbage
    Ginger root
Garlic- have to add it to everything!
    Avocados
    Tea
Raw honey - only sweetner I consume, so I get this in bulk at the farmer markets. 12 pounder will last me a long time!
    Ground beef
Any local/grassfed/organic meat on sale. I am not all "organic is the best", but I am picky with choosing my animal products.

    Halotop ice cream
is my new favorite treat without guilt! It's so good! And the whole pint of mint chocolate chip is only 240 calories! I usually eat half so that's 120 calorie indulgence and it really is tasty!
