            My staples:

 Kerrygold butter
 Oatmeal
 Spring water
 Peanut Butter
 Meat (usually chicken or beef)
 Fish, shrimp
Dairy: milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese galore

 Canned beans

 Guac or avocado
Fresh herbs (usually cilantro or parsley)

My fav snack/small meal is a piece of fruit with cheese or nuts, depending. So I always have on hand foods to make that pairing.

            Halotop ice cream
is my new favorite treat without guilt! It's so good! And the whole pint of mint chocolate chip is only 240 calories! I usually eat half so that's 120 calorie indulgence and it really is tasty!0
