started Oct. 5 2016 down 25lbs. I don't think.my doc will give me more because now I'm under the 30bmi. I'm down 84lbs total since Jan. 11 2016 only side effect I had was constipation. I'm worried how the hunger will be once I'm off of it

I eat 2 eggs and a piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter and drink 8-12ounces of water mixed with an Advocare Spark packet. take my multivitamin, vitamin d and B complex

my life only allows me to workout if someone watches my kids so we go to the ymca. lots of stuff for kids. if I had no kids I'd do another cheaper gym. it's whatever fits your schedule and lifestyle

I think I'd stick with the set up he has for you 3x a week. I personally alternate upper and lower lifting days but still do cardio everyday (I run 4miles a day)

I've lost 75lbs this year and I don't "diet" I eat healthy 90% of the time and exercise 5x a week. I still eat pizza, pie, Cookies whatever. I don't do it everyday but depriving yourself of the foods you love will only back fire. never think that you "can't" eat a certain foods. moderation and balance is the key

I upped my dose early (on sunday) to 1.2 because I felt no effects/changed and I still have no side effects on that dose so I'm going to bump up to 1.8 on Friday and see how that goes. What dose are you on?
