When they calculate your points they probably hold back calories to allow room for the "free" point foods you can eat since they want to encourage eating fruit and veggies

I have realized that I am fine with a small breakfast and lunch. Which leaves me with a plenty of calories to play with in the evening. I generally have 1000 calories or so available for dinner and any snacks or "drinks" I want. If I don't use them all the better.

I am 5'8". I started at 225. My starter goal is 170. When I get close I will reevaluate.

When you are feeding the cat and grab your phone to scan the bar code. I stopped in time but I wonder what it would have said.

I'm using this on an iPhone but I was able to delete my old weigh ins and it started with the first one I left in there. For me it was swiping left and clicking delete.
