Hi ladies I did indeed loose my 10 lbs so that im happy about and also you ladies have been great inspiration to me. I still have more weight to loose before I reach my final goal.

Hi ladies I apologize for not being around lately I have indeed lost some pounds but will not do a weigh in until the 12th. I have been doing good eating but this weekend will not be so good with the super bowl. I will be sure to make meal plans for next week and drink plenty of water.

Breakfast this week has been oatmeal, lunch tuna salad and crackers, dinner very small portions of meals i cook for the family

hi it's very simple we are basically loosing 2lbs a week and posting our meals and excerise routines to motivate each other we will do our weigh in on Feb.19th

Ladies for the past two mornings I have eaten deer BBQ on wheat bread. (I am a country girl) I thought it would be super unhealthy but turns out it is just the opposite according to MFP not a lot of fat and a bunch of protein.
