What worked for my plateaus was switching exercise and really cracking down on the diet. If you go for walks, try riding a bicycle for a few weeks, or swimming. Really commit to how many calories you should be eating, don't go over at all for a few weeks, and if you do and you're still not losing weight, lower it a bit. I…

What I would say is, it's not the end of the world if you noticing yourself gaining weight. You simply adjust your diet. I know seeing the numbers go down on the scale can get addicting but you must remember it's not a race. Besides, if you stay within your deficit I doubt you'll gain weight anyway.
