i have hit plateau after loosing 30 Kg in 6 months. Still 129 Kg and my weight is still there after a month and a half. Very disappointed and don't know what to do. Anyone out there who had the same situation and how did u get rid of it?

What worked for my plateaus was switching exercise and really cracking down on the diet. If you go for walks, try riding a bicycle for a few weeks, or swimming. Really commit to how many calories you should be eating, don't go over at all for a few weeks, and if you do and you're still not losing weight, lower it a bit. I know it can be discouraging to see that scale stop moving but we all hit those plateaus at one point or another. Just another thing to overcome!

I'm in the same boat. I've hit a plateau for the past month. I try to stay on point with my diet and continue to exercise. Slow weight loss is the kind that will be long term, habits and changes will be established for a lifetime, and persistence will eventually win. I tell myself this because I know I get majorly discouraged when the numbers don't move.
I've also decided to start using measurements. Sometimes when the scale doesn't move a lot, but the inches do, it's an added motivation.

Please use the settings to open your diary to public. Until I can see your eats and get an idea of the completeness and accuracy of your logging, all I can point out is that a calorie level that lets you lose 30 kg to reach 129 kg can easily be a maintenance level that keeps you at 129 kg.
