I use this same recipe to make turkey burgers too...so yummy

Ground turkey Salsa One egg Box of stove top stuffing (not prepared) Chopped onion Spread ketchup on top I don' t measure either but a pound or so of ground turkey with this recipe makes a deep dish glass pie plate size. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
