Heidi here. I am a 39 year old female in Atlantic Canada. I have lost and gained weight most of my adult life usually using weight watchers. Recently I attended some Gastric Band Hypnosis sessions and have been using this app and have lost 32 pounds in just over 2 months. I want to lose at least 100 more. I feel more positive and hopeful this time than ever before but want to reach out and offer support in hopes of helping myself and others.
