I have a 15 month old and she is still breastfeeding but as it is getting less and less i think i should be starting to watch what I eat more. I just find i'm always hungry! Partly it might be because I am used to eating whatever I fancy for the last two years since i fell pregnant with her.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond, I hadn't considered salt. As I am in the U.K. I don't think it can be heat, and I have never had a migraine before so salt/ electrolytes look to be my best bet. I'll give it a go, thank you!

I had similar recently whilst training for a half marathon. The only thing that worked for me was LOTS of foam rolling (I kept a golf ball under my desk for rolling) and three weeks rest. It meant my mileage suffered but was the difference between finishing or not. Good luck x

Yayyy! After a week or so of reading I made it to the end of the thread. My bento accessories are ordered and I just made my first attempt and I am excited for lunchtime tomorrow! Thanks so much for the inspiration everyone. Tomorrow I have sweet potato yaki onigiri on salad with vine tomatoes. Snacks are soy marinated egg…

I have been trying to reduce meat consumption and have turned to a more plant based diet. Still have the odd bit of fish or meat from sustainable sources and would love to see food diaries of other people in similar situations for inspiration :)
