So happy that I'm finally starting to see a change, I'm 5'8" and my starting weight at the beginning of January was 168lbs. I'm now 22lbs down at 145, and I have a new dress to show off! I have a wedding to attend at the end of this month and I had bought a dress to wear ages ago, but now it's hanging off me, so I had to go and get a new one! I'm now 5lb off my goal of 140, though now I'll continue down to 135. All thanks to MFP, running and kettlebells!hshjt0x0jwk9.jpg

It's 14 lbs. ((European unit of mass))

Thank you! It's nice to see a difference, although I know I have lost weight, I still see myself as the same size.

    What is a stone?

Answered above but it’s a English imperial measurement of weight not sure much of Europe uses it - we kind of use stone/lbs and now metric weight too so we are a mixed bag in the UK (odd bods aren’t we).

Funny though, I never realised other countries didn't use stone as a measurement!

I hear it takes a while to get used to your smaller size =p So I'm sure it'll come eventually!
