I had 3 sections 2 baby's were near 9 lbs hospital make you get up and lift your baby within 24 hours I was cooking and cleaning in 6 days As soon as you move lots you'll heal quicker

I use my before after as I gained abit back so need to get below my after pic but it reminds me that I did this before so I can do it again

Weightloss is mainly about eating less than your body burns not exercise Input your age weight height and sedentary activity eat those calories you will lose weight If you start exercising eat 1/2 those calories too I'd weigh all foods measure all liquids drinks to get a accurate picture as your new to this

How are you finding out what your exercise calories are ? Your already eating 1500 there abouts a day and your not very active How many exercise calories are you eating a day ? What's your usual total calorie intake a day ? How have you set your calories as on here ? Activity etc or sedentary ?

How do people log what they eat if the don't weigh or measure food ? You can't know how much something is unless you know the weights and measures ?

Are you weigh all food on a digital food scale Measuring all liquids ? Logging every thing you consume ? We are similar weighs heights but im 47 I'm on 1400 a day I do not eat exercise calories and I walk 1-2 hours a day I lose weight So your 100 extra could be as age but if your strict on weighing etc you should be losing…

Actually untrue I've weighed ate then weighed and weighed the same your body won't always show a small amount food up otherwise we'd all be hugely heavier by the end of the day as our food can weigh a lot it's more complicated than eat 1lb food weigh 1lb heavier

No I was on plan then fell off and I was going to start Sunday but didn't so today I weighed 2.5 lbs more than Sunday which is ridiculous I don't log weigh ins other than weekly as like you it does my willpower no good :)

I don't feel you always lose more the heavier you are I've been 130 lbs lost 9lbs week 1 230 lbs lost 4 lbs week 1 It is to do with how your retaining water and how you were eating before not start weights

It's takes 20 minutes for your stomach to register you've eaten from chewing and swelling so I effect you will fill full if you chew slower as you'll eat less if your chewing slow Say you normally eat a large dinner in 10 minutes down size that dinner and chew slowly make it last 25 minutes see if there's a difference ?
